Who are KCP?
Knightlow is a family-run setting with the owner, managers and staff team working together to create a warm, friendly inclusive environment where every child and family is welcomed, valued and respected as individuals. We pride ourselves on the authentic relationships we develop with children and parents, enabling us to understand and meet the needs of each child better.
We support children’s learning by providing a wide range of opportunities, experiences and activities linked to the principles underpinning high-quality early education as set out in the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Our mission & values
At KCP, our intention is to provide an enabling environment which promotes the learning and development of every child attending our setting. The EYFS curriculum is designed to allow children to develop the knowledge and learning behaviours that they need to succeed in life.
We implement children’s learning through a play-based approach in a safe, caring, stimulating environment with a highly skilled staff team who embrace children’s interests to support, consolidate and enhance their development and language skills. Both the indoor and outdoor environments are set up to provide children with lots of opportunities to investigate and apply their learning.
The impact is children become strong, independent, resilient learners with the skills to embrace the next steps on their learning journey as well- rounded, secure, caring respectful young people.

Our accreditations
We received a Highly Commended in the Coventry and Warwickshire Employer of Choice Awards; both of these awards show our commitment to our staff which in turn helps with staff retention providing a more consistent staff team.
